Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using this site, submitting an enquiry, or placing a reservation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Trade accounts

Trade prices are shown only on approved accounts. Approval is at our discretion and typically completes within 24–48 hours. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Reservations

Reservations placed via the Trade Stock Portal are non-binding until confirmed by our trade desk and an invoice is issued. Stock availability, pricing, and delivery timelines are indicative and may change until an invoice is agreed.

4. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, goods are dispatched only after cleared payment against a confirmed invoice. Ownership passes to the buyer on receipt of payment.

5. Product authenticity

All stock is sourced directly from brands or their authorised clearance partners and is genuine unless otherwise stated. Photographs, batch codes, and descriptions are provided in good faith; minor variations may occur.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowix Group's liability for any claim relating to a trade is limited to the price paid for the affected goods.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
